remove signature when replying

Description 

if i would like to answer an email and press the reply
button then everything below the signature separator
("-- ", two hypen and a space) should be removed.

... and if i the user has its own signature then this
one should be appended.

It was added, but not working because of a bug. Fixed in r1306
