german umlaute bug with file-upload

tried to upload 2 files: brezany_prüfung_1.pdf and brezany_prüfung_2.pdf

the first went without a problem, the second one got uploaded but did not appear in the ui.

changeing the second filename to brezany_pruefung_2.pdf resolved the issue.

naming both files brezany_pruefung_1.pdf and brezany_pruefung_2.pdf did not produce the stated problem.

so i guess the bug is related to the german umlauts.

my webmail revision is based on https://svn.roundcube.net/tags/roundcubemail/v0.1.1/

I have the same problem width czech characters in filenames. The problem occurs in latest stable release and in roundcubemail-0.2-alpha.1.

When I try to send email with file which name contains special characters, roundcube shows "sending infowindow" and won't send the email. The GUI hangs (Icons do not work anymore). Sending files without special characters in their names works ok.
