Description

Message Disposition Notification is still worse, if the imap server does not support PERMANENTFLAGS.

Recipient is asked to send confirmation every time when the message is displayed. RC does not remember that the notification has been sent already.

You should store this information it in the message cache or better in a separate database table if caching is disabled.
